Privacy policy

This policy explains what Gonzo Digitals collects through gonzodigitals.com, how it's used, and the choices you have. Gonzo Digitals is run by Wesley Gonsalves in Sacramento, California.

What I collect

I only collect what you choose to send me. When you fill out the free mockup form, that's your name and email address, plus anything else you type in: your business name, phone number, current website, what you need and your message. If you text, call or email me instead, I get whatever you send that way.

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, ad pixels or any other tracking. It doesn't load fonts, scripts or images from other websites.

What stays on your device

The site saves two small settings in your browser's storage: whether you turned the click sounds on, and whether you've already seen the logo intro during this visit. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser data removes them.

How I use your information

I use it to reply to you, design your free homepage mockup, write your quote and do any work you hire me for. I don't sell it, rent it or share it with anyone for their marketing.

Who else handles it

• Web3Forms delivers form messages to my email. You can read their privacy policy.
• Google hosts my email (Gmail), so messages are stored there.
• If the form opens your own email app instead, your message goes through your email provider.
• The company that hosts this website may keep short-term server logs, such as IP addresses and which pages were requested, to keep the site secure and running.

How long I keep it

I keep messages for as long as I need them to work with you and to keep normal business records. If you ask me to delete your information, I will, unless the law requires me to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent me at any time. Email gonzodigitals@gmail.com or text (916) 201-7461, and I'll take care of it within 30 days.

If you live in California, you should know that I don't sell or share personal information as those terms are used in California law.

Do Not Track

This site doesn't track you across other websites, so it works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

This site is meant for business owners. It isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted on its way to me, and strict browser security settings block outside scripts. No system is perfect, so please don't send passwords or payment details through the form.

Links to other sites

Links to client websites, Instagram and other sites take you to pages with their own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
